Harbourside Inn is only minutes away from Acadia National Park.  Parking for Brown Mountain and Parkman Mountain are the closest areas to Harbourside Inn for access to the 45 miles of Carriage Roads.  Park passes are required for entering the park and can be purchased online here.  The Island Explorer, a free shuttle that offers transportation through Acadia National Park is a great way to see the park.
